Working with Institute of Management in Government from December 2004 onwards. Has engaged in extensive teaching in PG courses, research and training for Government employees of the state of Kerala. Has done the Training Needs Analysis of nearly 20 Government Departments.actively contributing to various policy making initiatives for the State of Kerala. Research interests are in the fields of Health, Gender, Dalit (Indian Depressed Classes) studies and Issues of Governance.
Recognized Trainer for Direct Trainer Skills and Training Needs Analysis certified by the Thames Valley University, UK and the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India. Before joining IMG, associated as a Resource Person in the Fulbright Educational Partnership Programme, Claremont Graduate University, USA and Department of Political Science, Kerala University.
