DARPG Sponsored Project on the Preparation of Comprehensive Job Charts for Personnel at the Cutting-Edge Level

IMG has piloted a project on the Preparation of Comprehensive Job Charts for Cutting Edge Level Personnel of the Industrial Training, Social Justice and Women and Child Development Departments. The project is supported by Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, Government of India under the State Collaboration Initiative Scheme.

The core objective of the project is to develop comprehensive job charts in the selected departments across 112 job cadres for improved role clarity and accountability thereby bolstering public service. Prof. (Dr.) Ram Mohan R. is the Nodal Officer of this project. 29 Programmes under the GOI-OSP category were conducted under this project. The project reports will be published by the end of 2024.
