Panel of Guest Resource Persons
Considering the massive responsibility of grooming and grounding all the human resources associated with operating the governance system, IMG taps the expertise available outside its circle too.
No less than a 1000 training programmes covering wide and varied areas of government which the IMG execute every year are principally undertaken with the helps of the faculty and experts of the respective areas. The training courses are conducted by Departmental Coordinators under the guidance of faculty facilitators. However, as the apex training institution of the State, it requires far more than readily available talents for ensuring effective session delivery.
To facilitate the pool of talents, IMG has generated a panel of guest resource persons which can be used while coordinating a training.
The panel developed has three sections
i) A list of eminent resource persons whose association is a privilege to IMG
ii) Topical - zone wise list of resource persons who are currently associating with IMG
iii) A list of resource persons of other sister training institutes. This panel will be dynamic in nature which will be periodically updated to include new resource persons and new topics. In this process, generic topics in this directory will be subsequently enriched to include department specific topics.
